Following the updates to the government COVID-19 guidelines in July, we know it has been confusing to know whether you can now tutor in a home or need to stick to online. Our main priority is to ensure everyone's safety, and whilst education is hugely important, sadly it is not classed as essential which is why schools remain closed to most pupils.
For now, we ask that lessons take place online wherever possible, and in-person lessons should only be booked as a very last resort if remote learning is not possible. If in-person lessons are to take place due to no other option, great care needs to be taken by both parties to keep everyone as safe as possible. Neither party nor any household members should be showing any signs of illness and lessons should take place at a 2-metre distance, in a well-ventilated area.
