If you’re using our app the notifications you receive for messages on the app will be instant, meaning that you’ll never miss a message! However, you need to ensure that your push-notification are enabled via your device settings.
Android
To enable push notifications on an Android device, you need to navigate to your device Settings > Notifications > select Tutorful, toggle notifications.
Apple
To enable Apple push notifications on an Apple device, you need to head to your device Settings > Notifications > select Tutorful and toggle ‘Allow Notifications’.
If you don’t use our app, that’s not a problem! You will still receive notifications via email or SMS, depending on your notification preferences!
