Survey Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions
(“£50 Amazon Voucher Prize Draw”)

1. Promoter
   This prize draw is promoted by [Tutora Ltd, 1 Tenter Street, Pennine 5 Block 2, Spaces, Sheffield, England, S1 4BY] (“the Promoter”).
   
   
2. Eligibility
   
   
   • Open to permanent residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
     
     
   • Directors, employees, and immediate family members of the Promoter or any agencies directly connected with the administration of the draw are excluded.
     
     
   • One entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete survey submissions will be disqualified.
     
     
3. How to Enter
   
   
   • Complete and submit the online survey provided by the Promoter between 00:00 BST on 5 June 2025 and 23:59 BST on 20 June 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
     
     
   • No purchase or payment is required to enter.
     
     
4. Prize Details
   
   
   • Three (3) winners will each receive a £50 Amazon.co.uk e-gift voucher.
     
     
   • Vouchers are subject to Amazon’s own terms and conditions. No cash or alternative prize is available.
     
     
5. Winner Selection & Notification
   
   
   • All eligible entries received by the closing time will be entered into a random computerised draw on or before 24 June 2025.
     
     
   • Winners will be notified via the email address provided in their survey response within 5 working days of the draw.
     
     
   • To claim, winners must reply to the notification email within 7 days; otherwise, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner drawn in the same manner.
     
     
6. Data Protection
   
   
   • Personal data supplied will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation (including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018).
     
     
   • Data will be deleted or anonymised within 90 days of prize fulfilment, save where retention is required by law.
     
     
7. General Conditions
   
   
   • Entries that are late, lost, corrupted, or otherwise incomprehensible will be deemed invalid. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of receipt.
     
     
   • The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to refuse to award the prize or withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
     
     
   • If the promotion is compromised by any event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.
     
     
8. Liability
   
   
   • The Promoter will not be liable for: (i) any failure to receive entries that is due to technical malfunctions, network congestion, or any human error; (ii) any delay or non-receipt of a prize for any reason beyond its control; or (iii) any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting the prize.
     
     
   • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.

10. Governing Law
    
    
    • The promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
