If you’re not able to tutor at the moment, the best thing to do is to put your profile offline, which means no new students will contact you unless you log in and set your profile live again. This is a good idea if you think you may want to come back to tutoring in the future, as your profile will be ready and waiting for you to pick up where you left off. For information on going offline, please feel free to refer to our FAQ linked here: What does going Offline mean?
If you would like to close your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://tutorful.co.uk/privacy-policy), you can head to your account settings, by hovering over your picture in the top right hand corner of your account on the website and then selecting 'my account'.
You'll then be able to select the delete account option on the left hand side, which will give you the option to delete your account.
Please note that deleting your account will lead to any upcoming lessons being cancelled, and we will also need to make sure all payments have been made to you before we are able to do so.
