We expect all tutors to respond to new student enquires promptly. Our Tutor Quality Team closely monitor our tutor's performance to ensure that they meet the highest standards.
If we notice that you haven't been responding to new student enquiries, we will automatically set your profile to 'offline'. We'll email you if this happens, so you'll always be informed.
This isn't a permanent restriction, and you can toggle your profile back to 'live' after a short cool-off period! However, please only do so if you're certain you can respond promptly to student enquiries and have enough capacity to take on new students. Repeatedly being set offline for not responding to enquiries may result in an extended cool-off period for each instance.
